Star Wars Miniatures is a table-top miniatures game based on the epic movies, comics, novels and even the video games!  You can recreate Jedi training sessions, Sith duels, and even awesome battles like the Attack on Endor or the battle on Hoth!  Currently there are two divisions in the game: standard and Starship Battles.  The standard game uses characters, creatures, and some vehicles whereas Starship Battles features starships.

We typically host 1 tournament per month for Star Wars Miniatures.  As with all games we do free demos and lessons here in our gameroom.  Contact Nathan or Patrick with specific Star Wars questions.
Normal squadron construction consists of 100 points or more.  Each miniature has a specific point value depending on its strengths and weaknesses.  Each squadron may contain any number of a particular miniature unless its card states that it is unique.  For example you could play with 10 troopers that cost 10 points each in a 100-point battle.

Victory goes to the first player to score victory points equal to the squadron/fleet limit (100 points in a 100-point tournament or 200 points in a 200-point tournament).

Typical organized play constructed squadron/fleet formats are: 100-points, 150-points, and 200-
points.  There are many other fun formats that we use, too.  Here are a few:

+ Standard -         All Star Wars sets from that division are legal for use.

+ Highlander -        Only (1) of any miniature is legal in squad/fleet construction.

+ Light VS Dark -         Each player constructs one specified point value squadron or
fleet for the Light Side and one for the Dark Side.  Before each round
the squadron that you use is determined randomly and your opponent
                        plays the opposite faction.

+ Random Troops -        Only (1) uncommon miniature and any number of common
miniatures up to the specified point value is legal in squad/fleet
                        construction.

+ Loners - Only unique non-commander miniatures are legal in squad/fleet construction.
