The cost to repair a single disc is $5. But wait, there's more! For every 5 discs you get repaired at the same time, get a 6th disc repaired for FREE!
How long does it take?
A single disc typically takes about 5-10 minutes to repair.
What CAN'T be repaired?
While our refinishing system can seemingly work miracles on almost any kind of scratch damage, there are some types of other damage are not repairable under any circumstance. These types of damage
can prevent your disc from functioning properly no matter what.
+ layer separation
+ surface damage
+ cracks
+ data corrosion
+ improper coding
Surface damage, cracks, and layer separation are visible types of damage and is typically easily identifiable. We advise that customers not attempt to repair a disc with these types of damage. Data
corrosion and improper coding are factory defects that can sometimes not be found right away.
What if my disc still doesn't work after a repair attempt?
Because of the possibility of the types of non-scratch damage listed above, we cannot guarantee our refinishing system can repair a disc. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we will make a second repair attempt on any disc within 14 days FREE of charge... just in case our system missed some hairline scuffs or scratches the first time around. There is no warranty outside of the free second attempt on the same disc within 14 days.
