Warranty Information

Most everything we sell is covered by an in-store warranty for returns or exchanges, so you can buy with confidence!

• You have 24 hours to return any pre-owned game for a refund in the same form of original payment. No questions asked. Easy.
• You have 2 days to return any pre-owned game to exchange it for another copy of the same game. If the same game is unavailable, then an exchange for another game of the same value will be made.
• Any other video game software exchanges are subject to standard trade-in values for that day.
• Many video game manufacturers warranty their items directly to consumers (you). If there is a printing or manufacturers defect in your item, please consider contacting the manufacturer. They may replace your item in part or in whole at no cost to you.

• You have 14 days to return any pre-owned electronic device, video game system, or video game accessory for a refund in the same form of original payment. No questions asked. Easy.
• Any other electronic device or video game hardware/accessory exchanges are subject to standard trade-in values for that day.
• Many manufacturers warranty their items directly to consumers (you). If there is a printing or manufacturers defect in your item, please consider contacting the manufacturer. They may replace your item in part or in whole at no cost to you.

• You have 14 days to return any board/card game, poster/print, or toy to exchange for another of the same item. If the same item is unavailable, then an exchange for another item of the same value will be made. The item must still be in the same condition purchased. For example an unopened board/card game must still be unopened for an exchange. 
• Items that have been opened void this in-store warrany and are subject to standard trade-in values for that day.
• Many game and toy manufacturers warranty their items directly to consumers (you). If there is a printing or manufacturers defect in your item, please consider contacting the manufacturer. They usually will replace your item in part or in whole at no cost to you.

• Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on them. However, we WILL clean any movie disc for free within 7 days of purchase.
• Many movie manufacturers warranty their items directly to consumers (you). If there is a printing or manufacturers defect in your item, please consider contacting the manufacturer. They may replace your item in part or in whole at no cost to you.

• You have 30 days to return any unopened card/miniature pack to exchange for another of the same item. If the same item is unavailable, then an exchange for another item of the same value will be made. 
• Items that have been opened void this in-store warrany and are subject to standard trade-in values for that day.
• Many card and miniature manufacturers warranty their items directly to consumers (you). If there is a printing or manufacturers defect in your item, please contact the manufacturer. They usually will replace your pack in part or in whole at no cost to you.

• Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on them.
